EE sauce bases it food philosophy on the belief that a healthy life should be one where you can still indulge in flavor and satisfaction. 出社會以來在各大餐飲業服務，接觸手作醬是個很自然的過程，進而發現天然與新鮮食材的結合對人體有極大的影響。堅持以手作方式，無添加任何防腐劑及化學香料，主要是呈現一種貼近大自然的精神，也是一種藝術。

After completing my education I learned the art of business managing various restaurants. The key idea I have learned from my customers was the desire for fresh and healthy options. Many food providers choose to use preservatives and artificially flavored additives. 

All of these processes take away from all that food should be. I made a promise to myself that I would never follow this path. That’s why here at EE Sauce I make the promise to you that everything you receive will be of the freshest and most natural quality.

在美國紐約，我很習慣也很喜歡美國的飲食文化，在料理中，其中莎莎醬與塔塔醬是不可或缺的。自從來到了台灣，因為在外地的關係難免會尋找家鄉味，進而發現不管是餐廳或大賣場都沒有來自家鄉的味道，這讓我激起想把這味道帶進台灣的動力。希望台灣人可以品嘗這不可思議的佐料，這將會衝擊你的味蕾，顛覆你對料理的思維。

EE SAUCE 更是以新鮮食材現作為理念，能最充實的呈現品質，我們賣的不只是產品，而是推廣好吃又健康的東西，絕不添加防腐劑，偷工減料。 只希望帶給在台灣的家人朋友，健康的美味，滿意的微笑。

I was very fond of and used to American food style when I was in New York, Salsa and Tartar sauce are almost indispensable in food culture. It’s also difficult to find the right flavor and taste close to home ever since I’ve moved to Taiwan, not from the restaurants nor from Costco.

This inspires me to bring my hometown flavor into Taiwan, to introduce this incredible sauce. It will open up your taste buds and bring a brand new understanding towards American food.

Our business concept is based on using fresh ingredients to present the best qualities, no preservatives. EE sauce does not only aim to sell our products but also promoting delicious and healthy diet. To all our families and friends in Taiwan, your satisfaction will be our only target.
